I'm Jack Senechal, based in Novato, CA. Currently I'm a technical lead at Building Humane Technology, building HumaneBench.ai—an open-source benchmark for evaluating AI systems against humane technology principles. I'm fascinated by AI coding agents and where this all leads.

15+ years in the industry: leading teams, building platforms, shipping code, mentoring engineers. I care about the craft, but I care more about the trajectory—watching patterns emerge, tracking where technology and society intersect, trying to figure out how everything works.

Outside of work: husband, father, mountain biker, ocean lover. Always up for travel and time outdoors.
